We aim to be fair and transparent in our fee structure. Where Legal Aid is eligible, we will make an application on your behalf. Otherwise, we will inform you up front about our fee structure, and accept payment by cash, cheque, credit or debit card. We encourage you to pay by monthly installments and we will keep you updated with regular invoices detailing work done to date.

We are very keen to ensure that you are getting value for money. We won’t charge for unnecessary work and we’ll keep your case on track to minimise the expenditure required for a successful resolution.
